He has awarded as one of top 100 talent in “Liaoning Bai Qian Wan Talents Program ” by Liaoning Province personnel department, Dalian excellent specialist and won the first prize of Dalian first session of folk invention. He is also a council member of China Fisheries society, china marine environmental science academic society, china ocean news, Dalian marine fisheries academic society. He is hired as a research specialist for China Management science Research institute, professor of master's degree student for Dalian Fisheries University.
